• About.com - About.com has been paying people to write for them since 1996. They are probably the biggest site on the Net that pays their writers to write for them. There is a rigorous process for writing a site for About.com. First you would choose a topic you want to write about and apply. Then you go through a month of training as a trial period. If you are selected to run the site you will be guaranteed a monthly base pay to get you started.

• Associated Content - When you sign up with this site you can write as many articles as you want about anything you want. Some topics pay more than others so check out their notes about what people are looking for articles about before you start writing. Then write an article and submit it to them. They will give you a price they will pay. You can then accept the payment or fix up your article and try for more.

• How To Do Things - Choose the topics you are interested in writing about. You can select more than one if you want. Then go into the area that tells you what articles the editors are looking for and write about it. The price of the article is agreed on before you start writing.

• Constant Content - Here you are going to write articles and submit them. Then your articles will be put up for sale based on the price you want to sell it for. There are lists of articles people are looking for so check it out before you start writing so you write about things people are looking to buy. You get paid after an article is sold and you reach a minimum.

• AllInfoAbout.com - Run your own site connected to the network. AllInfoAbout.com gives you Web space where you can run a topic site that both you and they have agreed on. You put up your own ads and run the site they way you want. They put a couple ads on the page so they get some revenue from your site to pay for running the service. You make money off the ads you put on the site and any sales you make on selling items from the site.
